We also need a passport photo for an Identity Badge. We will retain this data for as long as you are part of the Scheme. We store information securely on our Pro-forms software system.
For those who are requesting help from the Scheme we need to know: your name; address; contact details (i.e. phone number and/or email address) and relevant details of the help you are requesting. We may pass on this information to one of our trained Volunteers, for the purpose of them contacting you to make arrangements to meet your request. We will retain this information for as long as we have your consent. You can, of course, withdraw your consent at any time.
